Bagan is well known as the city of thousands of pagodas and one of the richest archaeological sites in Asia. It is in Central Myanmar and located on the eastern bank of the Ayeyarwaddy River. Bagan is Myanmar's very first Kingdom founded in the 11th century by King Anawrahta. This enchanting ancient city is full of cultural heritage and historical monuments and sites. The majority of well-preserved pagodas and temples offer a rich architectural heritage from the 11th to 13th centuries.

Inle Lake
Golden Island Cottages, a floating hotel, is built on stilts in the middle of dreamy Inle lake. All the bungalows have scenic lake views.
