Local Birdwatchers

Using the Birdingpal resources you must agree to the following: If you contact a local Birdingpal and make arrangement to go birding, you should note it is common courtesy to make sure you show up for the appointment. If for any reason you are unable to do this, the least you must do is contacting the local Pal right away.
Please note that most Birdingpals are serious birdwatchers. It is a privilege to contact them, and your message should reflect it. A local Pal does not get paid, but should he/she offer to take you out birding, using their own vehicle, it would be courteous to pay for the fuel. A lunch and/or a small gift would also be appropriate, something as simple as a souvenir of your country, or a pin from your local birding club.

Boris Belchev Kedainiai, Kaunas Anytime English, Russian, Lithuanian, Bulgarian, some German and French, Latin and Norwegian (bird names)
Since 2014 I am Bachelor in Ecology from Vytautas Magnus university in Kaunas, Lithuania.

For me birding was hobby since 2005, when I join Bulgarian Society for the Protection of Birds as a volunteer.

In 2007 I travel to Alaska and my passion about wildlife photography, become true.

In autumn 2007 I moved to Lithuania, where I live since then.  I start exploring the wildlife of this small Baltic country, and as I get more keen with the areas, I decided to try guiding birdwatchers, as no body else does it at that time.

Soon I get my first two clients from Italy and Spain. The country offers wide variety of mammals and birds (390 species). I am in progress to start my first wildlife watching and photography hides and we already build 4 hides in September 2015.

My main target is Woodpecker and Owl observations in western and north part of the country and I recently moved to the birding paradise of Nemunas Delta, Lithuania. I cooperate with local birdwatchers and small hotel in Kintai fish ponds, so I getting fresh information about the birds in the areas.

Regards,
Boris
